Your mission
As our Head of Sales, you will be at the crossroads of strategy and execution. You will not only contribute directly to sales efforts but also oversee the team’s success, ensuring alignment with our international revenue goals.
Key responsibilities
- Hands-On Sales Execution
* Actively manage your own pipeline: conduct demos, engage with leads, and close deals to contribute to team revenue.
* Be a role model (lead by example) for the team by demonstrating exceptional sales techniques and tactics and stay connected to our sector.
- Team Leadership & Enablement
* Lead and motivate a team of currently 5 Account Executives (AEs) organized by Region and 1 Outbound Specialist to hit ambitious KPIs and targets.
* Develop and refine sales tactics, ensuring they align with the evolving Ideal Customer Profile (ICP) and product developments.
* Lead and Collaborate with Product Marketing to build effective sales enablement tools (e.g., playbooks, commercial / value selling and sales collateral).
* Build and continuously improve the Sales playbook.
- Outbound Strategy Ownership
* Oversee outbound efforts, working closely with the team to optimize tactics and ensure quality lead generation.
* Experiment with and implement outbound strategies to expand our market reach.
- Sales Strategy & KPI Management
* Work directly with the CEO on go-to-market strategies for new product offerings and new markets.
* Drive predictability in sales forecasting, ensuring accurate reporting and KPI management with the COO.
* Regularly analyze and adjust the team’s approach based on data, market trends, and feedback.
