The role
Act as the General Manager of your product pod, owning business outcomes, prioritization decisions, and long-term success, not just feature delivery. You will drive discovery, prioritization, execution, and continuous improvement while partnering closely with Engineering, Design, and customer-facing teams to ensure every initiative delivers meaningful value.
This is a foundational Product role at Qomon: there is no Product Lead in place today, and part of your mission will be to bring structure, focus, and clear product operating habits as the team scales.

Key Responsibilities:
Drive Product Strategy & Discovery
Lead product discovery from problem identification to solution validation, turning customer needs, business opportunities, and company strategy into clear product initiatives.
Build and maintain a roadmap aligned with company priorities, making informed prioritization and trade-off decisions across customer value, business impact, engineering effort, and opportunity cost.
Own Product Delivery
Drive initiatives through the full product lifecycle, from discovery and design to launch, iteration, and measurable outcomes.
Partner closely with Engineering and Design to scope work, define commitments, and ensure high-quality execution.
Remove blockers, manage risks, and maintain momentum across initiatives.
Lead Cross-Functional Execution
Align Product, Engineering, Sales, Customer Success, Marketing, and Leadership around priorities, decisions, and expected outcomes.
Ensure successful launches through clear communication, enablement, and stakeholder management.
Translate complexity into clear decisions and actionable plans.
Drive Outcomes & Continuous Improvement
Measure the impact of released initiatives and turn customer feedback and data insights into continuous improvements.
Act as the business leader for your product area, bringing clarity, accountability, and strategic thinking to every decision.
