Job Description

We are looking for a future Product Lead to take ownership, guide, and drive the success of Qomon's product vertical, aiming to transform how nonprofit professionals and their supporter communities take action daily.

At Qomon, we don’t simply hire Product Managers but Product Leaders. We value leadership over management. We’re seeking individuals who can articulate a bold vision, spearhead innovation, and lead with impact in their product area.

We want individuals who excel in discovery and innovation and who passionately advocate for their features (who love their product!) —from conception and development to effective communication and user adoption.

We are currently looking for two Product Leads for different product verticals:

  • Action & Mobile

  • Data & CRM

YOUR MISSIONS

  • Own the product vision: Develop and articulate a compelling product vision that aligns with our overall business objectives.

  • Build a legendary product for the industry: Define the product roadmap, prioritize features, and collaborate with cross-functional teams to deliver exceptional products.

  • Drive innovation: Foster a culture of innovation by exploring new opportunities and challenging the status quo.

  • Lead and mentor: Mentor and develop your product team, creating a high-performing and collaborative environment.

  • Propose New Methods and Lead by example

  • Work closely with our contractor UX designer, our Product Marketing as well as CSM and Sales getting customer feedback

  • Current toolset: ClickUp, Slack, Discord, Customer.io, Vitally, Intercom

  • Current Size of the tech team: 14 (5 backends / 5 front ends / 3 mobile / 1 Data)

Preferred Experience

REQUIRED

  • Ability to thrive in a fast-paced, agile environment.

  • English is mandatory; native English speakers are welcome.

  • A passion for creating exceptional user experiences and a true attention to details.

  • Self-starter attitude and the ability to execute new ideas with autonomy.

  • Know how to find the right balance between perfection and shipping quickly

  • Stellar written, verbal, interpersonal communication skills

  • Proven framework of listening to and understanding customers

  • Product management experience at a startup a plus

  • Strong curiosity and organisational team

  • A proven track record of successfully delivering products from concept to launch.

    NICE TO HAVE

  • Product management experience in a B2C / Mobile App is a + for the Action & Mobile APP vertical

  • Product management experience in a B2B Platform is a + for the CRM & DATA vertical

  • Experience with nonprofits or politics a plus

  • Passion for our industry a plus

  • Previous founder experience a plus

Recruitment Process

1️⃣ A first 20-minute phone call with the CEO to understand your project and answer your most important questions about Qomon.

2️⃣ A longer interview to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person) with Jean-Baptiste & Florent (CTO & CEO)

  • A demo of our product and the opportunity to interact with another team member who is not involved in the recruitment process, and if you visit the office, a coffee with your potential coworkers.

3️⃣ A Use Case Interview and meeting with the rest of the product team (eventually in Bordeaux where mst
