Job Description

Join Qomon as a Product Dreamer!

At Qomon, we're not just building products; we're reshaping the way nonprofit professionals and their communities take action daily, both online and in the field.

We're looking for a Product Dreamer—someone who thrives on innovation, creativity, and delivering cutting-edge digital experiences.

What makes this role unique?

Unlike a traditional Product Manager, the Product Dreamer role is laser-focused on feature conception, design, and delivery. You won’t just follow a roadmap—you’ll help create it.

You'll be hands-on with the product, focusing on creating impactful features, pushing the boundaries of what's possible, and delivering exceptional user experiences.

Your Passion:

  • Feature conception excites you. You thrive on crafting features that are both meaningful and groundbreaking.

  • You excel at executing designs. You have a knack for translating vision into actionable, well-defined deliverables.

  • Collaboration is key. You love working closely with cross-functional teams and appreciate the power of teamwork.

  • Detail-oriented/obcessed: You have a keen eye for detail, ensuring every aspect of your work is polished and precise.

  • Timely delivery: You know how to balance creativity with deadlines and stay on track.

Your Skills:

  • Strong written communication: You can convey complex ideas simply and clearly.

  • Mastery of design tools: You're proficient in tools like Figma and other design platforms.

  • Ability to manage the entire design process, from ideation to final delivery, while keeping an eye on timing and quality.

  • A natural ability to collaborate with teams across various departments like Product Operations, UX/UI Designers, Engineers, and more.

  • You're very organized.

What you’ll be doing:

  • Dream up new product features and work on their design and delivery from start to finish.

  • Shape Qomon’s product vision through your innovative ideas and hands-on design work.

  • Collaborate with teams like UX/UI Designers, Engineers, and Product Operations to bring your concepts to life.

  • Deliver features that improve the product’s usability and make a real impact for our users.

  • Ensure that every feature is aligned with Qomon’s overarching business goals and Qomon product Strategy & Vision

  • Stay ahead of trends, bringing fresh insights and bold ideas to every project.

  • Ensure quality execution, meeting both user expectations and business objectives.
