Job Description

As a Growth & Outbound Expert, you’ll be at the center of Qomon’s growth strategy, creating and executing outbound campaigns to build our lead pipeline and expand our reach.

You are proactive, driven, and passionate about making a difference.

You have a strong background in outbound sales, lead generation, growth or campaign management. You’ll work closely with our Sales and Marketing teams to ensure that Qomon’s value resonates with nonprofits, political organizations, and advocacy groups worldwide!

Preferred Experience

You will:

  • Develop and execute targeted outbound campaigns to drive lead generation and engage new prospects within Qomon’s core sectors.

  • Research and identify key prospects, focusing on nonprofits, political organizations, and advocacy groups that align with Qomon’s mission.

  • Generate qualified leads through proactive outreach, emails, and social media engagement.

  • Collaborate with Sales and Marketing teams to refine outreach messaging and ensure a cohesive approach across channels.

  • Create exceptional projects to attract new leads and deliver the best experience.

  • Be the go-to data expert for the Sales & Marketing Team by working on lead nurturing, lead scoring, and identifying opportunities within our database.

  • Track and analyze performance metrics to continuously improve outreach effectiveness and conversion rates.

  • Use CRM tools to document outreach activities, qualify leads, and manage follow-ups, ensuring a smooth transition to the Sales team for further engagement.

  • Stay informed on outbound marketing trends and experiment with new tactics to maximize campaign effectiveness and outreach.

  • Engage with our communities, actively participating in sector-specific conversations on relevant channels and attending both virtual and in-person events.

To Be Successful in the Role, You’ll Have:

  • Proven experience in growth, outbound sales, or business development within a SaaS, tech, or mission-driven environment.

  • Strong communication skills, with the ability to craft compelling outreach messaging that resonates with diverse audiences.

  • Expertise in CRM systems and prospecting tools such as HubSpot, LinkedIn Sales Navigator, or similar platforms.

  • Goal-oriented and results-driven, with a proactive approach to meeting lead generation targets.

  • Highly organized, capable of managing multiple outreach campaigns and follow-ups efficiently.

  • Team player who thrives on collaboration, working closely with cross-functional teams to drive growth collectively.

  • Innovative and hacker mindset with a knack for finding creative solutions to challenges.

  • Strong understanding of user journeys to design exceptional experiences that delight prospects and users alike.

  • Good data expertise, including tasks like data cleaning, analysis, and optimization for actionable insights.

  • Experience or interest in the political, nonprofit, or advocacy sectors is a plus.

  • Familiarity with CRM software and other prospecting tools for managing and documenting outreach effectively.

  • An international profile (or native English speaker), adaptable and successful in diverse, global environments.

Recruitment Process

A 20-minute introductory call to understand your project, share insights about Qomon, and answer your most pressing questions.

A detailed interview to dive deeper into the role and address any questions you may have (conducted via video call or in-person).

  • This step includes a product demo and an opportunity to meet another team member outside the recruitment process. If you visit the office, you’ll also have a chance to enjoy a coffee with potential coworkers.

A skills assessment, which you can complete either at our office or from home.

A final call with a co-founder to discuss company culture, role alignment, and your responsibilities.
