Your mission
As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will define and execute Qomonβs global marketing strategy to make us a top-of-mind brand, while driving lead generation, brand positioning, and PR. This is a pivotal leadership role, balancing strategy and execution at a time of strong international growth.
You will oversee our marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Ops and Customer Success to build a consistent and effective GTM motion.
Key responsibilities
- Brand & Content Strategy
* Own and evolve our global brand, from positioning and messaging to visual identity and tone.
* Create a meaningful digital presence (website, SEO, content, campaigns) to build awareness and authority.
* Oversee content production: thought leadership, customer stories, campaigns, and educational resources.
- Product Marketing & Positioning
* Develop product positioning and messaging aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and use cases.
* Work closely with Product and Sales to launch new features, define go-to-market strategies, and create enablement content.
- International Expansion
* Localize and adapt campaigns and messaging across markets.
* Build visibility and influence in key regions (EU, North America, LATAM).
- Demand Generation & Inbound Marketing
* Build and execute our inbound engine to generate qualified leads for the Sales team (SEO, SEA, email, campaigns, events, etc.).
* Experiment with new acquisition channels (co-marketing, influencers, newsletters, webinars, etc.).
* Track marketing funnel performance, and optimize conversion across the journey.
