Job Description

Your mission

As our Chief Marketing Officer, you will define and execute Qomon’s global marketing strategy to make us a top-of-mind brand, while driving lead generation, brand positioning, and PR. This is a pivotal leadership role, balancing strategy and execution at a time of strong international growth.

You will oversee our marketing team and collaborate closely with Sales, Product, Ops and Customer Success to build a consistent and effective GTM motion.

Key responsibilities

  1. Brand & Content Strategy

* Own and evolve our global brand, from positioning and messaging to visual identity and tone.

* Create a meaningful digital presence (website, SEO, content, campaigns) to build awareness and authority.

* Oversee content production: thought leadership, customer stories, campaigns, and educational resources.

  1. Product Marketing & Positioning

* Develop product positioning and messaging aligned with our ideal customer profile (ICP) and use cases.

* Work closely with Product and Sales to launch new features, define go-to-market strategies, and create enablement content.

  1. International Expansion

* Localize and adapt campaigns and messaging across markets.

* Build visibility and influence in key regions (EU, North America, LATAM).

  1. Demand Generation & Inbound Marketing

* Build and execute our inbound engine to generate qualified leads for the Sales team (SEO, SEA, email, campaigns, events, etc.).

* Experiment with new acquisition channels (co-marketing, influencers, newsletters, webinars, etc.).

* Track marketing funnel performance, and optimize conversion across the journey.

Preferred Experience

Experience

  • 8+ years in Marketing, with at least 2 years in a leadership role.

  • Previous experience in a SaaS or product-led B2B environment is a strong plus.

  • Experience in a startup or scale-up environment, especially with international growth, is highly valued.

Skills

  • Proven ability to align marketing with revenue goals and work hand-in-hand with Sales and Product teams.

  • Exceptional communication and storytelling skills, with a track record of building cohesive narratives and campaigns.

  • Strong grasp of growth marketing, brand building, and product marketing across multiple channels.

  • English fluency is required (our team is French-American; French is a plus but not mandatory).

Recruitment Process

  1. A first 20-minutes phone call with the CEO to understand your project and answer your most important questions about Qomon.

  2. A 30-minutes interview with our COO to understand our company culture and values.

  3. A 30-minutes interview with our Head of Sales to understand your experience in GTM.

  4. A 45-minutes interview with our CEO to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person).

  5. A Use Case followed by a presentation interview (recorded) with the 2 cofounders, the COO and the Head of Sales.

  6. If needed, an interview with our CTO (if not met earlier in the process).

  7. Final call with one or two of our advisors.
