Job Description

Qomon is the modern Supporter Activation Platform trusted by more than 1,500 political & nonprofit teams  across 70 countries. We transform passive contact lists and supporter energy into visible outcomes: volunteers who show up, new donors who give, and data-driven campaigns that scale.

Easy to use, AI-augmented, privacy-first, and secure, Qomon helps nonprofit and political teams mobilize both online and in the field.

Since 2020, we are on a mission to build a world that reflects the vision of its people; starting with giving nonprofit and political teams a powerful infrastructure to activate their people, donors, and supporters, and win. Today, our platform supports 70,000 active volunteers, 500 million supporters managed, and 100,000 actions led last year alone.

Qomon has been recognized as the Best Organizing Platform in the U.S. in 2024 and 2025, and is a Certified B Corp, reflecting its commitment to high standards of social and environmental impact.

At Qomon, we value action, autonomy, humility, and ambition.

The role

Qomon is growing, and we’re looking for an experienced Account Executive to expand our European market. This is a true 360° Account Executive role: you’ll own the entire sales cycle, from outbound prospecting and pipeline generation to negotiation and closing for some of the most mission-driven organizations in the world: nonprofits, political campaigns, parties, unions, and advocacy groups.

Key Responsibilities:

  • Lead your own acquisition: design and run prospection campaigns from scratch

At Qomon, Account Executives own the entire sales pipeline (lead generation, outbound outreach, and prospecting are core parts of the role)

  • Drive the full cycle: discovery, demo, pricing, negotiation, close

  • Be a trusted advisor for nonprofits, political parties, candidates, elected officials, and community organizers through consultative selling

  • Manage your pipeline with autonomy and discipline: CRM hygiene, accurate forecasting, and pipeline KPIs (HubSpot)

  • Meet and exceed quarterly revenue goals

  • Contribute to a high-performance sales culture: team systems & DNA (what makes us really good and different), best practices, operational excellence

  • Represent Qomon externally at industry events across Europe and beyond

  • Work closely with the Customer team for smooth handovers and flag upsell/cross-sell opportunities. At Qomon, we operate with regional teams, so you will work closely with AEs, KAMs, and CSMs across markets to share context, align on accounts, and ensure every organization gets the support it needs to activate and grow

  • Work closely with our Go-To-Market team to identify opportunities, build material, content and share market insights

  • Stay plugged into our sector: communities, events, content

Preferred Experience

What Sets You Apart:

  • 3+ years of Tech sales experience with mid-market to enterprise accounts

  • Passion and strong interest in sales, Go-To-Market strategy, and understanding what makes a sales process a truly extraordinary experience, from the very first touchpoint with a company.

  • Proven track record closing complex, multi-stakeholder deals

  • Exceptional written and verbal communication skills

  • Structured and rigorous: clean pipeline, honest forecasts

  • Entrepreneurial and proactive in a fast-growing environment

  • Mastery of CRM and sales tools (HubSpot, Lemlist, or similar)

  • International profile: fluent English required, additional languages a plus

  • Passion & true curiosity for technology, digital innovation, and AI

We know that no candidate checks every box. If you're excited about this role and believe you can contribute to Qomon's mission, we encourage you to apply.
