Job Description

Lead Sales with Expertise at Qomon

As a Senior Account Executive at Qomon you'll be steering the sales process from discovery to close for our most critical Sales Initiatives (Mid-Market and Enterprise sectors), actively prospecting your territory for new business and contributing to the overall advancement of company revenue goals.

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Spearhead business development in new territories, focusing on non-profits, political campaigns, and advocacy groups.

  • Maintain a proactive approach in all sales activities, with a focus on innovation and action!

  • Exceed 100% of assigned, quarterly sales quota and Build and maintain a pipeline of 4x quarterly quota.

  • Execute sales process through discovery, solution/demo, pricing, negotiation, and close

  • Develop and implement innovative sales strategies for high-value clients as well as traditional sales prospecting sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Hubspot and Lemlist.

  • Mentor and inspire (junior) team members.

  • Be the face of Qomon at global events, embodying our energy and commitment to tech-driven societal change.

  • Stay ahead of industry trends to drive Qomon’s market leadership.

  • Collaborate closely with CSMs, leveraging the Ops, Marketing, and Product teams to accelerate growth on your segment.

  • 3+ years of experience in high-achievement sales roles within the SaaS industry or equivalent experience in the Political/Nonprofit/Advocacy space.

Recruitment Process

2️⃣ A longer interview to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person).

  • A demo of our product and the opportunity to interact with another team member who is not involved in the recruitment process, and if you visit the office, a coffee with your potential coworkers.

3️⃣ A test that can be done from our office or from home (whichever you prefer) to clearly assess your skills.

4️⃣ A final call with a co-founder about the company culture, the fit, and the responsibilities.
