Job Description

As a Business Development Intern, you will play a supportive role in our business development efforts, gaining hands-on experience in a fast-paced, innovative environment. This presents an excellent opportunity to learn sales techniques and strategies, as well as to understand the intersection of technology, politics, and civic engagement, all while contributing to the growth of a leading tech company.

Preferred Experience

Key Responsibilities:

  • Assist in market research and analysis to identify new business opportunities or new areas to target.

  • Support the Business Development team in every step of sales process through discovery, solution/demo, pricing, negotiation, and close.

  • Help manage and update our CRM system (Hubspot) with potential client information.

  • Participate in events, conferences, client meeting and contribute to the preparation of presentations and proposals.

  • Collaborate with different teams to understand Qomon's products and services.

  • Create strategies and launch campaign to develop new business and lead opportunities, leveraging innovative tactics as well as traditional sales prospecting sales tools such as LinkedIn Sales Navigator, Lemlist etc.

Recruitment Process

1️⃣ A first 20-minute phone call to understand your project and answer your most important questions about Qomon.

2️⃣ A longer interview to delve into the details of the position and address any questions (either via video call or in-person).

During the interview, we usually:

  • Organize a demo of our product and provide the opportunity to interact with another team member. If you visit the office, you can also have a coffee with your potential coworkers.

  • Ask you to share projects you have worked on before.

3️⃣ A Go / No Go call or email

No need for a cover letter, just a response to our application questionnaire is required! Without a response, your application will be automatically rejected.
